... the master bedroom. There 2 other bedrooms look the same, but smaller. The same gray carpet goes throughout the house except 1 bedroom. 1 bedroom has ugly brown/red carpet, think carpet in gratis front room w/ more red in it. Keep going in a circle and you come to...
... the next bathroom. This bathroom has a shower in it. The shower will take a little more cleaning, but can be done. Keep going and you come to...
... the kitchen. They took the drawers, so we need to get new cabinets. That's all the cabinets though, so it won't be too expensive. Needs new tile on the floor as well, can't really see it, but it's ugly!! One last stop...
... the ? room. Don't know what to call this room, maybe an office or family room. It's off the kitchen. It has sliding glass doors to the back yard on the left. It has a door that closes it off from the kitchen if you want. The fireplace does work, just needs cleaned.
Over all, not a bad house. It sits next door to an elementary school in Trotwood. Bank across the street, shopping around the corner. Lots of neighbors around you, but not on top of you. It looks like a nice neighborhood. Now all we need is a renter!
